CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy is being disclosed to you to inform you of the following specifications related to canceling services.  By booking an appointment (either online or over the phone), you are acknowledging your understanding of the policy, the requirements, and are subject to the following terms:

• Appointments can be canceled without a cancellation fee being incurred if initiated by 8:45pm the day before your scheduled appointment.

• If you cancel your appointment same-day; it is considered a “Late-Cancellation” and is subject to a fee of up to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

• If you do not contact us to cancel your appointment by 8:45pm the day before your scheduled service and/or No-Show for your appointment; you are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).

• Late appointment arrivals impacting the completion of service are subject to being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

• Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted.
